First Hawaiian Bank – Hawaii’s oldest bank – needed a brand refresh as they entered the first phase of their digital transformation. The launch of their mobile app was coming fast and furious, and FHB needed a way to educate and convince consumers to join.

The Approach
We developed a fully integrated, 360° campaign that showcased both brand and product-focused creative via a multi-channel comms plans to deliver on our goals.
Our goals were to increase Brand Awareness & Consideration, as well as conversion KPIs for new accounts and mobile app downloads.
We optimized daily and worked together with FHB to make sure our measurements/data was driving further success.
The Results
Our campaign drove an 86% lift in brand awareness and 42% improvement in Cost per Click, while hitting our target KPIs for lead generation and conversion. Additionally, our campaign drove success for other lines of business, including personal checking & credit card applications.
